Here's the first attempt at a couple of different holsters
First holster was an IWB (optionally tuckable by removing the top chicago screw on the straps) for my bersa. I had no idea how much the leather would stretch, so I didn't get the stitch lines as close as I could have. I think I enjoyed the design of this one as much as the execution. I actually had to dig out the set of french curves I had in a box in a closet.

Second I made was a simple wraparound IWB for my Springfield XD subcompact. The cant is adjustable, as is the 'depth'.
I actually molded this one too tight, and had to work the gun in and out quite a few times to get it to relax.
And finally, the last one was just an excuse to play with lacing. Simple OWB slide with 15 degree cant.
