Hi all! Im making some cattle rawhide right now. I'm thinking about selling it (if it turns out to be of acceptable quality). What I would like to know is when rawhide is being sold, is it sold de-grained or is the grain left on? What do places like Tandy's and other leather dealers prefer to do? Thanks!

Howdy! My name is Joseph, and I come from Texas. I dont have any experience with tanning leather or leather craft, but I'm eager to learn. I am most especially interested in learning tanning methods that use only natural substances in the process.
