Hello. Wondering if any of ya'll have any experience with making a California get back whip. A buddy of mine asked if I could make one but the only thing I could find where some on ebay. Is there a core to it to give it some weight to keep if from flying up and smacking the bike rider in the face. Thanks for any help. DogFish
