Hi Dwight - Those two straps are actually belt loops. When I was young (er) I actually used them and wore the wallet under my clothes on a belt when I was traveling. Very cool. I hope you do make one and like it as I have truly loved this one! Blessings. Darshan

I've tried to give an idea of proportion by taking a photograph next to the computer mouse.
