I have an English manual for the Adler 105-64, 38 pages. The front page states that "this manual is intended to provide rapid information to the sewing machine mechanic and to assist in the carrying out of adjustments and repairs to the machine. It is assumed that the mechanics will have a basic knowledge of dismantling and assembly of the machine. This booklet contains a brief summary of the main functions and necessary adjustments as well as hints ono othe elimination of faults." It has four sections, Techanical Info, Functions, Adjustments and Trouble-shooting. I purchased it on ebay for $20 Plus $5 shipping. I'll make you the same deal and set up a Buy Me Now Auction if you're interested. I looked high and low for the manual and finally found a seller with a machine that agreed to make me a copy. I just recently purchased my Adler and the owner didn't have one. Let me know if you are interested.
