Hi, I'm trying to find out if a tool exists or if i will have to make it from scratch. I'm making handlebar wraps for bicycles. I can get the hides i want cut into strips easily. But I'm having trouble finding tools for the other thing. I need to cut a "gimping" or "wingtip" type pattern on one edge. I can make it with pinking shears but it would take a lot of time. Is there any type of cutting wheel that will make this kind of pattern? It would be easiest to get a wheel for the strip cutter and run the whole hide through.
