  1. I recently saw a friend with an Hermes bracelet, and while I was admiring the craftmanship of the bracelet, I noticed the underside and the topside of the bracelet had two different colored threads. I could not figure out how the top of the bracelet and the bottom of the bracelet had different colored thread, black on top and a nude cream color on the bottom. My theory is that perhaps the top and bottom pieces are saddle stitched separately, with like color thread and then the two pieces are simply glued together instead of stitched together. However Im not sure thats the case since it seems the stitches seem aligned with one another, and also seems less functional in terms of quality to do it that way. Another idea I have is that maybe the thread is dyed after being stitched? But that also seems less practical, not that Hermes is about practical. Other than my first theory, Im stumped, or perhaps im just over speculating and this is one of the Hermes products that are machine stitched. Any input or theories would be appreciated. https://www.google.com/search?q=are+hermes+bracelets+saddle+stitched&client=firefox-a&hs=iIN&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=1aEiU5zbOdS60AG1g4HYCg&ved=0CAgQ_AUoAg&biw=1257&bih=880#q=hermes+kelly+bracelet&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&tbm=isch&facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=yYE5gFipVw7-pM%253A%3BeDKYBeAQ5ofnoM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fshard3.1stdibs.us.com%252FarchivesE%252Fjewelry%252Fupload%252F292%252F348%252F292_1366462766_2.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.1stdibs.com%252Fjewelry%252Fbracelets%252Fcuff-bracelets%252Fjf-hermes-kelly-double-tour-bracelet-black-gold-sz-small%252Fid-j_100481%252F%3B1024%3B818
