Hey guys, I'm fairly new and don't post much, but was hoping someone here knows of this particular leather I'm trying to locate. It's called saffiano leather, embossed and finished to be scratch and waterproof. I've struggled for weeks looking for this hide and haven't had any luck. Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, I've researched the forums in and out and haven't really found an answer that best suits my question. My intentions are to buy a sewing machine to make wallets, clutch bags, phone cases, etc. out of exotic leather (python, alligator, ostrich, so on...). I understand that for best results you have to pair these skins with cowhide, or a more durable leather. What sewing machine do you guys think would best suit projects including delicate hides? Hello everyone! My name is Dan and I'm from New York. I've always been interested in working with leather but never took the time to research and learn how. I'm hoping to learn a lot from you guys and hopefully bring something new to the table on my end. I've been drawing designs for wallets, clutches, and handbags ever since I was young.
