The blade is in good shape very sharp. 1 of the holes in the blade is drilled wrong that's why the screws are missing the threaded holes are fine, and there is a second blade that says new dull on the wrapper.

Oops! I was wrong about the dual adjustability angle thing I was referencing another description and then I actually looked at it, and the wheel on the side adjusts thickness evenly on both sides, sorry for the confusion.
