Was it hard to get the sizing right for the Magnum?

Hello everyone! My names Jon and I work at www.storyleather.com. We recently revamped our site and added in a new customization tool for our products and we wanted to get some feedback on it. I can navigate it just fine, but that's biased as I know how it works. Any feedback is great (good, bad, stuff not working).
