Commission for a Walnut Rickenbacker bass guitar, here I have tried to work with the colours of the guitar and neck/fret board, the silver conchos and black crystal rivets reflect the colour of the pots -

Commission for a Ruby Rickenbacker bass guitar, the antique silver conchos match the chromed hardware on the guitar and the ruby crystals make a great match for the colour of the guitar. -

This customer had just had this Gibson L5 restored and commissioned a strap for it, I took inspiration from the colours on the guitar and the shape of the fret board where it joins the body of the guitar. The orange sueded leather is a fish leather...Tilapia -
