Oxalic acid crystals will help to clean and bleach the surface. You may not get all the way to the nice example you show. Do a search here for oxalic. You will find lots of discussion and ideas.

im newbie and getting excited to work with leather.

right now, im troubled about how to clean "dirty" raw vegetable tanned leather prior to dyeing / just work with natural color.

in my country, there is no such thing as fiebings dye prep and i have no idea how to clean before crafting.

i bought my leather from factory and it haves so many dirty spot
