Good afternoon! I'm the collections manager at a museum. I'm working on an inventory of historic tools, and I've come across a piece that I'd like some help identifying. The attached image has been identified as either an "embroidery machine" or a leather hole puncher. Would you mind taking a look and telling me what you think it might be or if the pieces are related to leather making? Thank you kindly for your time!
