Thanks for the replies. 1930s is about what I was guessing.

I bought this saddle off of ebay. The stirrup leathers and stirrups have been replaced. The saddle strings look like they have been replaced and the sheepskin too at some point. The conchos appear to be brass. There are no marks or numbers on it anywhere. Any help as to maker and time period would be appreciated. Thanks.
