Hi, I was hoping someone could help me identify who made this saddle. It's from the San Fernando Saddlery shop, 1950s I think. The tooling is beautiful, looks to be done by hand. I'm also trying to figure out what the white stuff is. We inherited it, and it had been in a storage locker for several decades.
