Looking to do leather work making Corsets , Leather jackets and such. I have learned that I will need a "walking foot" machine. Have been looking at used machines but just do not know enough about them to know which will be best for my needs. Also looking at which is easiest for parts or repairs if needed, told to look ffor a DC motor as well.

Looking to get a Leather Sewing machine for making corsets and leather jackets . Have seen quite a few used ones but other than what I have been told ( walking foot and DC motor ) ,,which machine would be good for the task ? Thank you
