Hi, I hope this is the right place for this. I recently got these bags, and obviously they have shrunk. Only the top flaps are like this. They're not crispy yet. But as you can see, the sides are a long ways away from the snap. And the clasp is a real struggle, and pretty much impossible. I've read so much conflicting info, I just don't know.
