  1. PROBLEM SOLVED. First of all thank you all for your help again... The machine is perfectly thread and nothing is cocked... And now is alive again. In the attached photograph you can see the screw that was causing me a headache... That little -CENSORED- was really little bit loosened (I don't know the reason) and stood out from the shuttle (less than a milimeter), causing it to get stuck. By the way: the Uwe's video about timing a Cowboy CB4500 and the PDF's of the Juki 441 aren't exactly valid for a CB3200 cause certain parts aren't the same, although I suppose they are good to guide in the process If you know the differences...
  2. Really thank you to all who try to help me! @Wizcrafts I have been reading about timing from your post and I think that sincronization is the road to solve the problem like @JLSleather suggest me @jimi I have loosen up those screws like is indicated in that video, but it didn't help...
  3. It seems that the shuttle have too much play to jiggle but I don't know why... Every part seems to be ok and when the error occurred for the first time the machine was working perfectly...
  4. https://streamable.com/pn8hb Here it is. A video with the problem. You can see the machine getting stuck. when I push the shuttle with my finger the machine sew again and gets stuck again... The race is clean and lubricated, there aren't any thread or leather dust inside
  5. Hello JLSleather: the hook shuttle, that part that moves free inside the arm of the machine and carries the thread bobbin, is what hits the point indicated in the photo...
  6. I forgot tell that when I turn the wheel without thread everything goes well, but when I sew, then the machine gets stuck...
  7. Hello Jimi, I write you in english so that all the people in the forum can read us. I have tried to loosen up those screws and nothing new have occured...
  8. Hello Lately I have to sew by hand because my machine have a rare problem I haven't find solution yet. When the he hook shuttle moves forward hits the point indicated in the photograph attached and the machine gets stuck. It happens sice I sewed a too high piece of leather and force it a bit in order to finish it. I fear needing professional help because here in Spain there are very few people with this type of machines.
  9. Hello again and thank you for your replies... Constabulary: Yes I passed the thread through the "loop" before the tension discs. Wizcrafts: Today I have proved the solutions you suggested me and the machine works OK for the moment, but the thread seems to get up inside the tension discs although it does not come out.
  10. Hello Today I have changed the white thread on the machine for a black one (same brand and specifications) and started sewing. Then, after a few stitches, the thread "have left" the upper tension adjuster (sorry if that expression is incorrect!) causing tension loss and loops on the back of the leather. I have repeated the same steps changing tensions with te main and second tension adjusters but the result was the same: the thread "take off" the upper tension adjuster...
  11. I don't know that but you can send them an e-mail with your questions, they are always fast answering... info@curtidoscarrasco.com
