  1. Cheers Got almost all the tools I need now so will look for a good pattern and let you know if I don't.
  2. Thanks folks. The Somac is linen, and I will be mostly using black but just thinking on when I want a bright thread to contrast a black collar or something
  3. Does anyone do this? I'm aware I'd need to get the pre-waxed stuff but I just thought rather than buying lots of different colour threads I'd get white and dye it! I'm planning on getting Somac 18/3 and 18/4. Does anyone do this? 4. I was going to buy one of the above but then wondered how difficult it would be to make? Has anyone made one and if so I may have questions :-) Thanks
  5. That's a pretty awesome bit of info right there :p I would love to get my boy ploughing one day, although just in competitions. Need to find a bantam plough first though! :p
  6. I was going to post a similar thing but i'm in East Yorkshire, UK... Will search the forum first
  7. Hello Phil, I follow your work on Fb and am in awe at what I see! I am currently looking into making some things for my Clydesdale myself as I simply cannot afford quality such as yours right now and after receiving something hand made for myself recently, I wasn't happy with the quality and wanted to try some bits for myself. Leatherwork is something I have always wanted to do (hence me being on this site but never posting). I also was wanting to dabble in other horse related things such as decent dog collars (I have bulldogs) as most I see are tacky and dare I say chavvy! I'm sure your work will be greatly appreciated Emma
