  1. Thank you!
  2. I've only just started working in pyrography (and LOVING it!) and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for preserving my work? Same as for tooled pieces, or do I need to make any special considerations for this type of work? Thanks!
  3. Yes, I can oil the flesh side...I'll give it a go with some olive oil...thank you!
  4. I recently made a name plate for a dog collar, which I did with pyrography. I finished it with a coating of Tan Kote, and I really like how it looks, however it's stiffer than I'd like, and I'm worried about cracking later on. I was wondering if you can apply oil after Tan Kote? If so, what would you recommend? I would like to avoid too much darkening if possible... edited to add: I used veg tan leather Thanks!!
