Just wondering if anyone can give me some advice, I have a techsew 3800, I’m using 92 thread, I have my bobbin thread as tight as I can and the top lose and with 3 to 4oz leather you sometimes see the bobbin thread at the top, any help would be great

Do you know which one would bolt on without drilling holes?

Good evening i have a singer 211 g 166, I’m looking at putting a binding attachment, there’s holes already on my flat bed, can anyone tell me what binding attachment would fit the holes that are already there if it’s possible. thanks

Good evening, I’m looking at buying a techsew 3800 cylinder arm,it has the flat top attachment and the speed reducer pulley and servo motor, I have 4 questions any help would be appreciated, (1) what is the heaviest thread and needle I can use? (2) what thickness of leather would it sew and is it good for making wallets with that flat table? (3) can that machine with the table attachment do the same work as my singer 211g 166? (4) does the techsew 3800 come with the needle position sensor? Thanks Omer

Update: tonight I checked the pressure on the pressure foot, it was so tight that it was almost maxed out, so when I backed it off just enough to move the leather I started to get 5 stitches per inch on two layers of 3 oz oil tanned leather. Just wondering if too much pressure would cause that? Or is my patcher starting to work better after sitting so long?

Do you need to take the whole head apart to replace it? Or can you just get the screws from underneath?

Good evening i just recently purchased a singer 29k 62,I finally got it sewing well except my thread spacing, just wondering why I can only get 8 stitches per inch when I have it on 5, and sewing 2oz leather? It was not used for years, could it be from sitting? also I’m looking at powering the 29k,can you use a servo motor on the singer original base? If so would anyone have any pictures of there’s ? Thanks

Good evening, just for the record I’m new here, I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but here goes i just purchased a singer 29k 62, it was sewing with big hoops at the bottom so I played with the tension and it got better, but know I’m getting hoops on the top only, after sewing about 2 inches or moving the needle to the side while sewing
