  1. Hi, I put a photo with the brass plate where there is the serial number and I can't see the letter "P" so I think my machine doesn't have a verticale motion for the feed dog. This is uncommon for me for an industrial machine because all the other machines I've ever seen have a vertical movement of the feed this is why I feel this is strange. Thanks for your help.
  2. Hi, I'm an engineer in France working in the industrial domain. My passion is dog in general, particularly the training part and the material part. This is why I have a Pfaff 1245 to make my own leashes, collars and longlines. I'm working with leather and polypropylene webbings. I'm excited to give and take knowledge, tips and good vibes about our creations.
  3. Hi, I'm the owner of a pfaff 1245 706/47 and I have some troubles with the feed dog. It is not moving vertically (up and down). That causes troubles for sewing materials with precision. I've read the adjustment manual but the part that is recomended to adjust is not on my machine. So I really don't know how to process. Please see the video to have a better understanding of my problem. I also put the serial number, an extract of the adjustment manual and the photo of the mechanism of my machine. Ask me questions if you want more informations I would be happy to answer them. Thank you for your help.
