Still struggling, trying one change at a time but don't seem to get a different outcome... New needle Re-thread numerous times Adjust thread tension

New here, first post.. new to me machine having issue with I believe the bobbin but have followed manual but can't seem to get this fixed, machine is stitching but when done and removing material seems three threads pulling up from bobbin (see pic). Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
