  1. So my 206 RB 3 will not spin the hook at all! I've tried pushing clutch engagement button and spinning flywheel backwards but nothing happens. The assembly turns freely, the feed dog and needle seem to move correctly but the bobbin and hook don't move at all. I'm guessing a gear issue at the backside of the machine at the safety clutch housing. I REALLY need my long arm to run. Can anybody clue me in as to what to do next? I thought I've tried pretty much everything but removal of the safety clutch at the bottom of the machine. This Consew has seen some abuse by the previous upholsterer and has had timing and tension issues intermittently since I started working on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! TIA
