Cobra Class 4 Shuttle Timing Issue

I'm trying to sew my second project on my new cobra 4 machine and the machine locked up on me. The needle will not raise at all. The thread had bunched up under the leather and in the bobbin mechanism but i got all of that thread out and i still can't get it to work. Can you help me?
