I changed my bell knives because it was chipped by the technician. I have change my bell knives now, but i have a new problem, now i cannot skive properly, the leather wont skive pls see video

Can someone help me figure out what’s wrong with my machine ? 1. i have a technician change my knife and it jammed 2. i thought the knife was cheap so i bought an italian one and technician change it again 3. Still it jammed someone plsease help im getting really desperate
