Hey all I'm new to the forum.
I just purchased a Singer 111W151 and it will sew all day with the motor but the moment I start manually cranking it by hand to get to the end of a stitch (after a few turns the thread) the thread will go around the bottom of the bobbin housing and jam up? it seems like it will do it more when I turn directions? I'm running #69 bonded nylon thread. The bobbin housing had a piece of thread stuck in the spring which I was hoping was the problem, but no luck. I also noticed that when you pull the bobbin thread up with the needle it's pretty hard to get it to come up like it wants to stick? Timing looks ok, needle height looks good, and the timing between the top and bottom or ok. I changed needle and thread but still the same.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
