Hello, I had this same problem on my consew 7360rb-1. When I would sew an unexplained short thread would sometimes be protruding from the bobbin, usually which would be easily pulled out with no issues. The other day it jammed. I am able to rock the wheel back and forth a bit -- like in your video -- but it won't turn. HOWEVER, I took the four little screws off to take off the hook. I got a piece of thread out. But it still won't turn. I am going to try to take the bobbin case holder off, which I know will mess up the timing, but I suspect there is thread between the bobbin case holder and the larger adjoining part. Anyone have experience with this? Please give any advice. Carolyn
