KSpainhour Report post Posted June 20 These are not leather machines but there seems to be alot of sewing machine knowledge here so I thought I would ask. What are the differences betweeen a pfaff 120 and a 142? I picked up one of each at a auction for parts. They seem to be very similar. both have the 720 split needle bar option. I was looking for spare parts for the 145 in my other post and these came up at auction near me. I have taken the parts that I wanted off of the machines and I think I have enough parts left to fix one of these and I don't know if one would be favorable over the other.
