Antique/Vintage Western Saddle Identification

Good day knowledgeable people. I am hoping you can assist me or refer me :-)

I am based in South Africa and sometimes sell second hand English tack for friends. Recently, an elderly lady was referred to me and she has requested I sell her antique western saddle as a decor item. Unfortunately, I know NOTHING about western saddles, but it's easy to cap a price for an item that will be sold for decoration purposes only. So I am not looking for assistance on pricing. I would however like to give her some info about the origins or make/design/fashion of this saddle. She is about 70years old and her father bought the saddle as a second hand item from his cousin in Constantia South Africa, when she was a young girl. Her estimate age of the saddle (according to her family) is between 65 and 90years old. I cannot find any identifying marks, just the number 2313 on the front left skirt.
