Parts for camoga leather splitter

Hello, I have bought a used camoga c300 leather splitter. I started refurbishing it, and to my surprise I saw that original guide blocks for the knife were replaced with something that is even hard to describe without cursing...

Take a look at the photo of machine top part disassembled.

I've been looking for this part online, but with no luck at all. I'm not even sure how to call this part.

Does any of you know any place (preferably in europe) where I could buy this part?

Any help would be much appreciated.
