Help with identifying an "Action Co Maker, McKinney, TX" saddle

I inherited this Action Co Maker, McKinney, TX and am trying to find out info about it. What little search results I found pointed me to this thread:

But of course it is sparse on details.

I suspect mine is a 16inch saddle based on that thread, but that's really all I can guess.

Can anyone ID the saddle and tell me roughly what it's worth?
