Members Domas Posted January 16, 2009 Members Report Posted January 16, 2009 Hi, I need to re-wrap my steering wheel and about 1/3 of it's leather is perforated. I only need about 70x20cm piece of perforated leather, but leather shops only sells the whole animal sheets of perforated leather... So, considering the piece I need is small, I was wondering, maybe there is any way to perforate leather myself? Maybe there is any kind of tool for this? I could even do hole by hole (piece is quite small anyway). Also, is it better to perforate all the way through the leather, or to emboss very deeply but not puncture through? To give an idea, here is what type my steering wheel is: Quote
