Members PistolPedro Posted February 6, 2009 Members Report Posted February 6, 2009 (edited) Hello I have a custom leather pistol holster made by a very reputable and sought after holster maker. It is an outside the waist band type belt holster with folding flap belt loops which are fastened with Pull The Dot snap fasteners as opposed to more traditional belt slots. The stud portion of both snaps has become loose and now freely swivels around a button head screw center post. I have tried to tighten the screws but they won't move easily and I am not forcing them. Is this a problem with the studs or is this an acceptable condition for them? The snaps still work as they should. I have tried contacting the man who crafted the holster but have been unsuccessful. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I have attached a couple. Thanks, Pete Edited February 6, 2009 by PistolPedro Quote

About the holster- I think it'll be okay, but it really shouldn't be loose. I've moved this over to holsters for our holster makers to see.
