StolpSaddles Report post Posted February 24, 2009 I am looking for ypur pictures of draw down stands that you have built on hydalic basis. I have a wodden one now that works but I am planning on building my own similar to the one in the Stolman books. I am looking for ways to have the draw down work and still be able to tilt and rotate. Has anyone used the clamp mount that is shown and how well does it work? I see the flaws in the Weaver stand, the swivel mounts do not look like the will lock up well. I was thinking of the Stolman style and place in lock pins at different angles to help lock in solid.
