leatherworklee Report post Posted April 4, 2009 My friends at Dubois Leather and Shoe shop in Dubois, Idaho bought out an old shoe shop in Montana among the tools there was a stamp that imparts a chain link and half of the next link in either direction so when placed side by side you can put a chain on leather. The stamp is about one or one and a quarter inches on each side. I have not been able to trade them out of it. Does anyone have one that they would sell? Thanks Lee

This stamp is quite probably 50 plus years old. Thanks anyway. Lee Sounds like a McMillen stamp to me. They can be contacted by phone at (573) 374 7880 Thanks I will give them a try. I may have to borrow the stamp from Bev and make an example to post. Later Lee
