I am new here but feel this is important. I'm sorry if I'm breaking board rules, but since this section deal with firearms it may save someone some heartaches. Here is a link to another forum I visit. I hope I'm just overreacting.

Thanks for the heads up, Dave, I'll get this out to a few other forums as well. Glad to hear that nobody got hurt.

TwinOaks, it may have been you, but I honestly don't remember now. It was in the thread about making holsters.

As for the problem, the general concensus is that it was a light load of H110, not any specific powder problem. H110 & W296 were/are meant for full power loads. A light charge will cause the problem encountered.
