lilrays Report post Posted May 20, 2009 (edited) Greetings Everyone: I have a new, unused right handed holster for a Colt 1911 compact pistol (3 1/2" bbl). As shown in the snapshot, it has a basketweave front and will fit a belt up to 1 1/2 inches. I was midway through making this when my customer cancelled the order. It has been wet molded, is unlined and has an open bottom to allow any dirt or debris to clear. It is made from 6/7 leather. This holster was created by hand including the sewing. I've enclosed two sets of photos to show it with and without the holster seated. I used a Colt replica pistol for the pattern.
