I built this S&W J Frame Pocket Holster for a customer. The holsters built rough side out from 6-7 Oz. vegatable tanned cowhide. I dipped dyed the holster prior to contruction using Fieblings USMC Black. I lightly wet formed the holster using my holster press.

Hi Randy,

Nice job and as long as the customer is happy that is all that matters.

Only suggestion is to have the leather come up higher near the hammer to keep it from snagging when in a pocket moving around.

That holster as well as the next 3 holsters are being built for hammerless

J Frames.
