Petersen Report post Posted August 5, 2009 I purchased a couple books on braiding leather and rawhide and would like to learn some basics from someone in person. The books seem to be geared towards someone with basic knowledge of braiding. I have none. I live in West Michigan, if anyone has any information on classes or a name of a local braider it would be much appreciated. I would be willing to drive an hour or two from Grand Rapids for lessons. Thanks for your time.

Maeve Report post Posted August 6, 2009 What a shame that I'm not traveling to Michigan this year! I'd be more than glad to help you out! I'm from there originally .... and usually come back to the music festival in Evart each year. Health has prevented any travel for us this year but if you ever get to Florida, please feel free to contact me. I know a LOT of folks travel to FL .... so just give a holler! Love and Light, Maeve
