Ian Posted March 26, 2008 Report Posted March 26, 2008 Is the standard keyhole (button hole) punch the correct hole size for a guitar strap? Thanks Ian Quote http://blackcanyonleather.net/
Contributing Member rdb Posted March 26, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted March 26, 2008 They are called Pippin Punches, and they generally come in two sizes (the holes part, not the length. If you find one about an inch long that will do fine for straps, but your rotary punch and knife work just fine too. Quote Web page Facebook

Contributing Member rdb Posted March 27, 2008 Contributing Member Report Posted March 27, 2008 I should have left a link: http://www.eleatherworks.com/product.php?p...at=0&page=1 not sure how long they are, but call and ask is all... PS: Imagine calling anyone on earth besides a leatherworker, and saying..."how long is your Pippin Punch!" Quote Web page Facebook
