elk66 Report post Posted October 27, 2009 I just finished my first saddle. It was built on a Swanke tree with Herman Oak leather. I finished it a couple of weeks ago, but with it being hunting season I have over a hundred hours riding it. It fits a horse well and rides really comfortable. I hope some of you with alot of experience will give some good honest critism. I'm thicked skinned so tell me what you don't like on this saddle. TroyS Report post Posted October 27, 2009 I know absolutely JACK-DIDDLY about making saddles. I DO know that that one is beautiful! I love the color and the tooling! Very clean lines.
