Members gshb Posted October 30, 2009 Members Report Posted October 30, 2009 long time lurker here, but ive been working on a bf mira for a long time, managing to do leather stitching on it. lots of painful moments. was in the market for an all-rounder, mainly wanted to be able to use thread bigger than z69 and stitch multiple layers (4 layers of 3oz leather). went with the cobra class 3 because of this forum and am happy to say the machine is everything i expected. very smooth and clean stitches. no one mentioned how heavy this thing was though haha. steve was very helpful. ordered some more needles from him and cant wait to get started.
