Members goertzen77 Posted January 12, 2010 Members Report Posted January 12, 2010 I BOUGHT AN OLD CS OSBORNE ROUND KNIFE ON EBAY BUT THE BLADE IS LOOSE AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THAT CAN BE FIXED ? I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP IT BECAUSE IT IS BETTER QUALITY STEEL THAN THE NEW ONES SO ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO FIX IT WOULD BE GREAT. Quote
dirtclod Posted January 13, 2010 Report Posted January 13, 2010 I had one that was the same way. The blade would come out of the handle once in a while. To fix it i took the blade out and mixed some JB Weld up put that it in handle then put the blade back in and let it dry. Worked fine. Quote
Members terrahyd Posted January 13, 2010 Members Report Posted January 13, 2010 some times a wood handle dries out and gets loose ..you might think about standing it up side down in a glass or can of water over night ..works on hammers and such????????? Quote
