I think this one turned out okay. Made a few mistakes in the stitching prep (holes in the backside look terrible) but it fits the knife perfectly. I'll make another one, probably tomorrow and see if I can decorate it a little.

VERY NICE!!! I especially like the black one and the cut out so it shows more of the handle. Great looking set!
