poolplayer Report post Posted February 9, 2010 I have been going thru all my tools and leather stuff. I am digging out it all to get started again after several years. One thing that is cool is i have probably 76 old magezines from the 70's and 80's. make it with leather and the leather craftsman. I have been looking thru them. what a great source of information. I am wanting to make my own saddle. I now live on a horse farm and we have 3 of our own and 3 boarders. More boarders coming soon. I thought it would be cool to offer tack repair and cleaning. I am new at this. the mags have some good info. the tips and tricks are cool to. I guess I probably can't post any of them on here because of copyright laws. to bad. azrider Report post Posted February 10, 2010 A family member recently gave me over 10 years of Make It With Leather, with all the pattern inserts intact. She also gave me over 200 original doodle pages, bound with three rings. Some of the stuff in there is awesome! Its fun to read through, and I have definately changed some of the way I do things based on it.
