TimKleffner Posted February 13, 2010 Report Posted February 13, 2010 (edited) Howdy Storm Good looking pattern. I was looking at your beveling. I notice that you have leaves below your swirl. I see that the second leaf, you started beveling on the outside, then continued your beveling into the stem. I would have started my beveling on the out side and stopped at the stem, then started my beveling on the bottom of the top leave and continued it down into the same stem. That leaf is part of and a continuation of the top leaf. I may have also back grounded the area inside the pattern that you left with no background or dye. I would give flow to your back grounding. I would have also used the same type of veiner on the small swirls as you used on the large swirls. Just use a smaller tool. That's just what I would do. Looks good, keep up the good work Tim Edited February 13, 2010 by TimKleffner Quote It's hard to fail, but worse never to have tried to succeed.Theodore Roosevelt
