Members RLong830 Posted March 24, 2010 Members Report Posted March 24, 2010 I am very new to leather tooling and have had no formal training. I have been learning from reading and I finally decided to take the plunge and try a couple of things. I made a Bible Cover for my wife at Christmas, the braiding was the hardest part I thought. I decided to make one for me this past weekend and thought it turned out close to what I imagined. How am I doing for a start. I do want to try a floral pattern, but am a little scared and don't have a pattern to start with any ideas? Thanks for all input, I am open to suggestions, thanks for the time folks. Ron Quote
Members DigiTanha Posted March 30, 2010 Members Report Posted March 30, 2010 Looks good. I would get some books for patterns. I have a couple books I picked up from tandy that have some good ones in them along with instructions. Quote
