Trying To Figure Out What Leather Coating To Use.

I'm near the end of a saddle I'm working on and am looking for a good leather dressing/coating. I really like the color of Jeremiah Watt's saddles, the light and dark contrast is nice. Anyone know what he uses? Or any other suggestions would be great, I just want it to look sharp.
