Members KB8UVM Posted July 24, 2010 Members Report Posted July 24, 2010 I decided to try a holster for my fathers Rough Rider, take a look. The holster ended up weighing more then the pistol. My father was very happy with it so that was all that mattered. Quote
Members Deanimator Posted July 27, 2010 Members Report Posted July 27, 2010 It's definitely got a different look. Kind of "Planet of the Apes"! Quote

Members horsewreck Posted July 27, 2010 Members Report Posted July 27, 2010 It has to be the most different holster I have seen in, well ever!!! I would have never thought of useing two thick plugs down the seam, and the back flap is unique. I give it two thumbs up. Original designs like this shows you are thinking, and thats how new changes come about in our business. Keep on that track you are doing fine...... Jeff Quote

Jeff Thanks for the compliment but I can't take all of the credit. I went to a western holster class at Tandy in Columbus Ohio. Scott, the manager, and I worked together to get this style so he deserves some of the credit but I did all of the work so I deserve more. Quote
Members Deanimator Posted July 27, 2010 Members Report Posted July 27, 2010 I don't know if I should take that as a compliment or a slam. It's very stylized, especially the back. I'm not sure how practical it is, but it certainly has a good look. Quote
